This was exactly the question we, Ole and Fiona, faced in the summer of 2023. We quickly realized that there is no one best health insurance company, but that the health insurance companies‘ services are different. Based on our experience as insurance brokers, we have successfully switched numerous people to a more suitable health insurance company and have been able to save those who switched hundreds of euros. However, we really wanted to make this personalized advice easily and transparently accessible to everyone. Et voilà KassenKompass!

Our vision

We strive for a future where preventive health measures exceed reactive costs in our society. We rely on a system that focuses on more prevention and support for a healthy life in order to minimize illnesses in old age. We want to be the powerful voice of the population and especially the young generation in order to convey their needs and wishes specifically to the statutory health insurance companies.

Because one thing is certain: we all want to stay healthy and live a long, fulfilling life!

Our team

KassenKompass is a young, dynamic core team that is supported by an experienced advisory board who provides support with their knowledge and expertise.

Our advisory board consists of Christoph Graf, long-time CFO and scale up coach, who supports us in the structural development, and Oliver Schön, managing partner of Corporate Pension Partner CPP GmbH, who advises us as an expert in the area of insurance and company pension provision.
